  • Data forms store information provided voluntarily by Users.
  • Information provided in data forms are processed for the purposes resulting from the function of a given form, e.g. to register data of a donor.
  • The website can record information about connection parameters (duration, IP address, web browser type, OS type and name of the domain from which the User enters the website).
